This home has a hearth with a fireplace in a living room. The home owner wanted to mount a flat screen TV on it. Without a mantle the TV would be damaged by the heat. A custom fitted mantle was built which also enclosed all the wires to the TV. Then we installed 50" flat screen above....

Complete Bathroom Renovation

This was a 10 x 8 bathroom which was totally gutted. The new design called for replacing the baseboard heat with an under cabinet unit, new oak vanity with under cabinet lighting, new marble counter top, all new fixtures, lighting, crown molding, casings and new paint completely  transformed this bathroom.

Tub & Shower Replacement

This original fiberglass one piece shower was removed . New plumbing, shower valve and tub were installed. The surround is custom cut solid surface panels by Swanstone, soap dish and shelves were added as well.

Flooring Installations

This home had ceramic tile throughout. The baseboard trim and tile were removed.  A new 3/4" solid natural bamboo floor, new baseboards and door casings were installed to complete this new warmer look.

Kitchen renovations bring the most return on investment

This 1980's kitchen was totally gutted and opened up. New solid cabinets, Silestone counter tops, stainless under mount sink, appliances, and new floor and backsplash tile transformed this kitchen into the central entertainment area of the home.
